XeeVass Jewelry Return Policy
For Orders Within Lebanon:
We want you to love your XeeVass piece! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
✔️ Return Conditions:
Items must be returned within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Returns are only accepted if the item is not damaged or altered in any way.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or engraved jewelry
Gift cards
Sale or promotional items.
📦 How to Return:
Email us at xeevass@gmail.com or Whatsapp +9616952599 . You must request a return on the same day you receive your item.
Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💸 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
For International Orders (Outside Lebanon):
All international sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted for orders shipped outside Lebanon.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We recommend:
- Double-checking sizes, styles, and quantities
- Reading product descriptions thoroughly
- Contacting us with any questions before ordering
Important Notes for International Customers:
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
